What kind of products do you test?

We provide testing of cannabis and hemp flowers, oils and edibles, tinctures, topicals, aerosols, transdermal patches, beverages, and other forms. Beyond cannabis, our lab equipment offers us the flexibility to provide analytical testing for all your nutraceutical and pharmaceutical product needs.

Do you provide testing for new products?

We make every effort to expand our testing portfolio to include new products brought forward by our clients. Our team and methodologies are here to ensure we can meet your testing needs. We can either transfer your existing analytical method to our lab or develop and validate a method that fits your needs.

What kind of analytical testing do you provide?

How do you know your results are accurate?

We are committed to ensuring the accuracy, precision and reliability of our testing to guarantee the safety of our client’s products. As part of our accreditation process, we regularly perform proficiency tests to ensure the accuracy of our results. Furthermore, we have policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and controlled forms and systems in place to comply with cGMP, ISO 17025, and Health Canada/US FDA regulations.

How to submit a sample?

If you are a first-time customer, you must first register with us by completing the registration form. Once you are registered, you will be able to submit a testing request via email at order@cannalabsinc.com.

What is the typical turn-around time?

Once we have received your product, our turn-around time for the full suite of analytical testing is 5 business days. We offer rush services for all testing. Please contact us for more information on rush services.

Can you issue a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Yes, we have the capability to issue an electronic COA. This allows us to efficiently deliver the information you need in order to take your products to market.

Will you provide support after issuing a COA?

Yes, we will provide support interpreting results, and are here to provide answers to any questions or concerns that may arise.

Do you also help with product development?

In addition to analytical testing, we also provide assistance with product development for both recreational and medicinal cannabis products. Our team of experts can help you to develop products in various dosage forms including, but not limited to, soft shell capsules, caplets, powder, solutions, syrup, vape, gummies, creams and lotions.
